After that I didn't play for 5 years, tried out mystery dungeon and it was alright.
I thought I would try pokemon out again, when I received battle revolution and pearl. The thought of battling online intrigued me. however the requirements to so were ridiculous.

Back in the day, it was get a dude to level 50 and have the right moves bred onto it, simple as that .
And after that game, I never played another pokemon game again, I just check the new entries and what is being offered at the beginning of each gen.
