Alright, I need some help with this and I'm starting to feel like I'm a schizo. Back when black and white first came out, I played the Japanese version on a flash cart. When doing so, I heard a completely different music sound track than what we can all hear in the US version. I cannot find these "Japanese" versions of the Black and white soundtrack anywhere, and I need help tracking them down. The other day I tried playing the SAME black Japanese ROM that I (100% legitimately) obtained, on the SAME flash cart (Edge DS) from 2010, and the music I hear is just the "regular" soundtrack.
A friend thinks I'm schizo and suggested perhaps one of my DS' speakers were broken and that's why it sounded the way it did (this is actually very accurate to what these songs sound like desu), but as I said, I had a flash cart and played other Pokemon games on it (gen 4, emulated GBC games) and those games sounded fine.
