I sack magikarp (no regrets) to safely get in marshtomp on slaking. I time the dig successfully and it does FUCK ALL. About halfway down his HP bar (5 or so digs) HE USES COUNTER for half my health!!! Fuuuuuuuuuu-
Then he never uses counter again and with my leppa berry I have enough digs to kill the big fuck even with a hyper potion.
Now Linoone. He sets up the drum, I chip him with strength and he's in the red! I sack Illumise, sorry lass. My rock goes into the red from headbutt.....NO FLINCH. Confusion kills him. I win.
We will build back better. I've gotten some nice catches between the gym and now. Hoping for that Absol on route 120 also, I think that would be pretty powerful to round out my team.

The grind for Red is upon you! I highly recommend at least 60 across the board, maybe even 62-63.
