>>32228436I prefer using multiple websites to host whatever I write as an insurance policy. FFN and AO3 for my Pokemon fictions in case SHTF and either goes down. Pastebin is how I'll get my drafts reviewed by friends before publishing. Don't keep AO3 completely up to date because I'm treating it as an archive for each finished story arc. Meanwhile FFN always has the most current chapters and that's where I'll link anon to in the writethreads. Now that I'm writing several stories at once taking time to properly organize what I've worked on so far is a worthy endeavor. Of course, the spontaneous urge to write usually takes precedence.
It all comes down to your preference since you are the author. Try out all your options and then do what works for you and your readers.
