his signature is: Homing Charge: An electric attack. He charges at the speed of light and hits the target 100% of the time: 120 base damage and 20% recoil.
Pokedex entry: Beaster are usually found hanging out in groups in forests that are near to cities. They like to sleep most of the day but become active at night when they spend their time foraging for food and communicating across great distances with their distinctive ear lights.
It is said these Pokemon used to be used to send secret messages across bodies of water in the war.
