He's far more entertaining and enjoyable than Ghetsis. Ghetsis manages to be boring in every regard outside his fight.I highly disagree. Ghetsis' best traits is that he's charismatic and his depravity. Never did we ever had a Pokemon villain before, who would manipulate a orphan into becoming a leader of a criminal organization just so he can rule an entire region in the shadows through his pawn king. And the shit he says and does when he's back into a corner makes him far more entertaining than Giovanni just kneeling to Red in his own gym. Plus, his charisma alone was how he was able to manipulate N, the Seven Sages, Team Plasma, and nearly the entire region with his plans. You said that Frieza is far more entertaining and enjoyable than Ghetsis. While that's true, it's only because Frieza has alot more screentime in his series than Ghetsis, and has far more power to boot. Besides, I'd rather compare Ghetsis to DIO.
