2. the story didn't have very much invested in it. After watching the rain and drought effects of the last game this didn't feel realistic enough a threat. It was cool sneaking into their base and seeing the presentation and all but... it didn't get me invested. Sure it was on a bigger scale and was more dangerous in theory, but you didn't really feel it. It could have been done better.
B/W really improved plotwise, while sinnoh was just the mistake in the middle.
