ITT: Create an event pokemon with one move it cannot normally learn. It can be a legendary or just about any fully evolved pokemon. You can have it hold any item you want and also give it its hidden ability when applicable. You may give it either its level-up moveset, one that takes advantage of the new move or ability, a straight-up competitive moveset or something that comes close to it.
It doesn't have to be competitively viable. It doesn't even have to make sense either.
Just remember to make them look as legit as possible.
