He is by definition a shill. But Lucario... doesn’t follow, what was he shilling? Answer: he wasn’t he never once shilled a product. Most of the time it was other pokemon playing the shill like Alakazam or Ashime, not Lucario as you can’t shill yourself in a product you are supposed to be shilling after they already have your money. Lucario isn’t a shillmon at all, if you think he is you don’t understand what a shill is or how it works.
