>>22862011This is really really good, there are just a few minor things that stood out as odd to me and a few fixes that could be made.
1. The street is crooked. It would be pretty awkward for the player to have to keep hitting right and left just to navigate the city's main street. Consider making the part circled in red straight, whether you have to move the upper section one tile left, or the lower section one tile right. I suggest the former since the latter would push that blue house onto the beach. For the former, you could just move the park over a tile and make that little ledge in the buffer zone a tile smaller (shouldn't make the buffer too small).
2. The one-tile gap at the part circled in blue is awkward. Generally, one-tile gaps for paths are to be avoided because they're harder to walk through, look less natural, and it's possible for idly strolling NPCs to block them up. You should adjust the cliff to the left so it's a wider opening.
3. The lamp post with the pennants connecting to the side of the Pokemon center looks odd. You should work another lamp post in there so it looks more like the two lamp posts above.
4. The islet west of Comfy Island™ could have an item on it. Or an NPC. Regardless, use those two little beach tiles you've got!
5. REMOVE SHRUBS remove shrubs
no seriously fuck those little topiary trees and the ones with the orange dots from the giant tileset, remove them forever pleaseFinally, I circled any tile errors I found in purple. I assume you already know about all the lighthouse ones since the cliffs are practically placeholders but I did em anyway. Otherwise this is an awesome map.
