Y'all need to quit buying into the flamebaiters' bullshit. He says dumbass things about Horizons every thread that belie the fact that he doesn't watch the show, then spouts off ignorant shit about Yajima at least once per thread that belies how little he knows about the series he claims to love so much. Now everyone still seems to be stuck in the mindset of "Based Director Yajima" memes from 2014 that no one can see when flamebait-kuh's just throwing shit out there to get a rise out of people. His entire hatred of Alain is based on the fact that he and no one else seems to know what Yajima actually does. Yajima was the director. His main focus was animation, made all the more clear by the fact that he kept storyboarding episodes during XY. He definitely had some say in the creative direction of the series, but Tomioka wrote the damn show, including all of the Mega Evolution specials and pretty much every non-League episode Alain showed up in. Don't get me wrong, the flamebaiter would still be bitching about Tomioka if he wasn't a dipshit about Yajima because he hates Tomioka for not writing May to be in love with Ash. He just doesn't bring it up here because he knows this place is still stuck on "Based Director Yajima."
