>>46343257That's what happens when you take the open world pill in a non-urban setting. Most of the world is pretty empty, that's just how nature is. Especially if you're talking about a time period before development of urban centers properly started. Obviously you'd hope that this is just early in development and they'll put more points of interest around the open world, but we'll see.
