>>41306415Most people seem to forget the non-battle stuff the games had too, like Pokemon Contests & secret bases. When I was a tyke, my friends & I used to run Contests against each other all the time & share our secret bases to check our teams & decorations out; it was limited, sure, but it offered a whole goddamn lot more variety & fun to us when we were bored of battles than just playing some shitty raid battles against giant Pokemon over & over again.
