You've probably filled your slots within the first ~5 hours of the game and get nothing else, nor can you change them. You should really unlock more slots as you go through the game, it'd help ease the skill grinding monotony too.
-I personally think all the time/day based mons/items is really annoying, especially when I suddenly want something only to find out it's only in one place on Saturday and what do you know? it's Sunday haha.
-There's a lot of missable shit. There's a lot of good items that are locked to character affinity rewards, hell, you can lock yourself out of a shop early on if you fuck up. I feel like this is intended to entice the player to replay the game more, but I don't really like it personally.
-Battle week is still a fucking SLOG. No, I don't need to fight 35 bosses within a week and absolutely nothing else, game, please. At the very least, do something like, a day for gym leaders, a day for the e4, and a day for the champion adjacent faggots. 15 battles with a free day between every 5 is a lot better than fighting gym leader after gym leader for like an hour.
>ConclusionThe game's definitely gotten better since I last played. And while there's still some issues that I'd like ironed out, I'll probably end up replaying sometime when the next version is released. Just, uh...not the insanity room, haha...

Yeah, I went and caught it and basically immediately went back to test it's effectiveness
