As for thinking of the end, well... not really, I'm normally more concerned with the present and near future, and sometimes the past.
Thinking about what I'd like done for when I pass, I'd want all of my body that could still be donated to be donated, and anything else? Maybe it could be used to grow an apple tree, something cozy like that; I've always had an affinity for apple trees. My one last way to try and make a positive impact on the world, however small and perhaps meaningless in the greater scheme.
