Probably the Poliwrath/Politoed line because of the branched paths/methods of evolution. I could also see some intense territorial battles going on between them at the waterfront with the polis having greater numbers but the slows having a type advantage. Maybe they could fight for kings rocks or something. Would be cool to see in game or in the anime.
