It would be for fire types.
The pokemon becomes vulnerable to the burn status (not the Atk reduction) and takes double damage from it, but has its attack and speed increased one stage while burned.
My initial idea was the instead of a fixed increase, they would increase one stage every tun they took burn damage. But that seemed a bit too much.
Also an equivalent of this but for poison types.
