As far as Talonflame was concerned, he was nerfed, and even at the height he wasn't so ruthless.
As for Volcarona, he is a dancer, that alone is not invincible and even if he is that is a nerf case.
What you are saying is: keep up the stealth damage of Stealth Rock, because I'm afraid of Talonflame and Volcarona.
And try to justify this by stating that Fire, Flight, Ice and Bug are of the low level type (but the Bug type is actually very weak, plus one reason to lessen Stealth Rock damage).
