While one of the poo-flingers did win the event he was later stripped of the title and given a ban.

The most notable examples include a Dream Ball Aegislash and another one involving either Ludicolo or Politoed.
>the Nugget Bridge IRC leaksThis one ties into the Rizzo bullshit but the general gist is that an IRC chat that included TPCi-sanctioned VGC judges was leaked and that a lot of info involving how judges make their decisions on enforcing tournament rules was leaked to the public. One of the more disturbing ones involves judges giving veteran players (like Rizzo) serious leeway when it comes to things that pass the games automatic hack checks but wouldn't pass one that also involves judges knowing about game mechanics like breeding. Remember that Dream Ball Aegislash? If a newbie VGC competitor entered a tournament with one they'd get DQ'd on the spot.
