When you equip it with a memory (including the new normal memory) while it’s at high friendship it gains 10 in every base stat (105 in all) and changes it’s ability to Slayer (super effective moves have their base power increased by 25%). Additionally the move return (assume gayfreak didn’t remove it and just made it exclusive to him) changes type to match what memory you equipped. There. Now he’s a gimmick mon that doesn’t mind giving up his item slot he actually gets mileage out of it, it’s a awesome tax. Like Zacian crowned but less stupid. Roughly +60 BST that’s makes it decent at everything and a boost to super effective coverage moves (on a Pokémon that gets bolt beam) is pretty good even if it’s in exchange for a item slot. Broken? IDK. But someone might use it now
