Iron Fist, Adamant, 31 Attack IVs, train to get 252 Attack EVs before anything else.
Then teach it Swords Dance for one. After a single SD its Attack is actually at a usable level. Other than that, taught mine Bug Bite, Aerial Ace, and Drain Punch. Slapped a Bug, Flying, or Fighting Z-Crystal on it depending on my needs at the time.
It was actually usable in-game. Just don't expect it to do work in competitive.
