Why the fuck do you have to discuss it here. It only causes flamewars, and when something new happens on Smogon there's 5 threads of shit here. It's almost as bad as the gen wars.

Showdown and Smogon isn't even relevant with VGC tournaments or the official meta, so why is everyone fighting tooth and nail over everything? They're going to ban 3/4 of megas from their metagame because most of them have good stats that increased the powercreep twofold.

Another thing, 6v6 isn't supported by the official meta anymore so they are playing an outdated format. So things will seem more out of proportion than usual.

tl;dr- smogon is a bandwagon of bans, expect to see more megas gone and more shitstorms on /vp/
