One thing that makes this hack annoying to nuzlocke is that there's lots of areas where you basically have to use repels to get certain catches from areas, like with the Flabebe meadows after going through Nidoran grass.
In other news, the Flying gym leader wasn't too bad (though Chatter spam could've easily screwed me over) and Spheal barely manages to take on Gligar. The rival was more difficult and his Curse Grotle killed Pidgeotto, so we're gonna have to go with an incomplete team. Wormadam also has HP
Grass which is actually useful for dealing with Rock types.

but I guess it didn't end up mattering much. For the record, moves like Aerial Ace don't actually hit pokemon during semi-invulnerable turns (Fly, Dig, etc.) but Doublade's No Guard was the reason you got hit.
