Now use the > and < arrows on your keyboard to advance through the video frame by frame. Any time you see two identical frames next to each other this shows frame lag, and to the sensitive eye it's very noticeable.
It's possible this was introduced when they were rendering the video with whatever software they used to edit it, but I don't know the answer to that.
