Just like with Ghetsis, there are strong visual clues that indicate Nemona suffered some sort of serious injury to her right arm in the past. Although it's never outright stated in the game, Nemona is the only character in the game to wear that glove/arm-brace, and she is the only character to visually wince in pain when the Tera Orb starts shaking in her hand during her Terastalization animation. She also mentions a few times how she is completely awful at catching Pokemon, specifically throwing the actual PokeBalls, which is odd, given how sporty she comes off as and naturally excelling in battles.
