>>36064866>>36064982I don't dislike Noctowl's design on its own, but it drops Hoothoot's time-focused design for a more generic "silent predator owl" focus. Hoothoot's one foot retracting and switching was also dropped and I feel like both could have given it more identity. Especially since it isn't the only owl pokemon anymore.
