>>38511148I'd say Watchog, as Furret can at least do a little something as a fast Frisk/U-Turn scout which while utterly pathetic is still a niche of its own. Watchog just has nothing going for it. Base 77 is around the worst speed imaginable for an Analytic user and it's too frail to even make that good use of it in the first place, even in-game its only real use is early Hypnosis but you're going to have to constantly keep switching out and heal it between battles to make use of that.
