Especially because it has the whole samurai/warrior theme to it and then turns around and does nearly nothing with it.
It's prime for a mega if you ask me.

It could turn itself into a bulky tank with lots of natural attack to work off of. Then lend it some slashing/sword moves from other pokemon and give it an ability like Super Luck or Justified and it could be a mean mug.
