>Successor MaximaTeam - Azumarill, Serperior, Empoleon, Alolan Ninetales, Mega Altaria, Victini. She's the mega guardian, technically not a gym leader, but the game kind of treats her as one and she's listed as such on the docs.
Breloom oneshots Azu easily, Gyarados forces Victini out for Serperior, who I take out with my own Altaria. Alolan Ninetales sets up hail and tries to set up Aurora Veil but Torkoal tramples over that, forcing out Empoleon, for whom I have Seismitoad.
Mega Altaria comes out to try and set up Dragon Dances only to die to Cloyster, Ninetales comes back to try and revenge and meets its end to Torkoal, and I dodge one crit from the weakened Victini to take it out with Body Slam.
>Ruins of Void DogsIt's Raikou, Entei and Suicune in three separate fights all part of one gauntlet, all with 252 EVs in each stat, an Omniboost a la Ultra Necrozma, and Sitrus berries. Rough.
Naturally, I needed some luck. Vanilluxe leads the Raikou fight, eats Aura Sphere and dodges a crit with max HP/SpDef, and kills with Mirror Coat. Entei is the sloppiest, requiring a Gyarados switch, dodging some crits with Probopass, dodging Stone Edge crits with Gyarados and finishing it off. Suicune was the easiest, all I needed to do was swap between Gigalith and Abomasnow, spamming Protect and wearing it down with weather.
Unfortunately, the broken legendary gauntlets are far from done, but I'll finish it up tomorrow. At least the next one should be a bit easier, I hope.
