I noticed that in the trailer that first showed the poses the Z-Ring "logo" goes over the trainer as he does the fist in the air pose, but in the later trailer that confirms Z-moves the "logo" only goes over the Pokemon and none of the poses have the fist in the air pose.
Maybe the trainer one with the fist in the air is for synchro and the Pokemon one is for Z moves.
