I could easily go back and fix it since I have a save state set up in Mauville right before Wally, but I don't want to because I don't feel like it, and I don't think it matters. Fighting him rose Combusken from 34 to 35. So who knows? It's possible Combusken would have been 11 levels higher than Manetric, but I don't think it would have been, and like I just said, I don't think it matters.
