I'll be the one to start off.
Much of the appeal to Courtney and why I was drawn to her comes down to her atypical and almost robotic personal. She'd be the kind of girl who couldn't be reached through normal methods, you couldn't pick her up in a club, say some cliche pickup line and make off with her due to being a 6'2 chad who exudes confidence, such traits would most likely be deterrents from her developing a connection with you. Instead she looks as life as one big experiment with controls and variables. To her she is the control, she stays constant and everyone around her is a variable, silently retaining information about them and how they act, coldly calculating their personalities yet never being inherently sinister about it. she'd often end up on the more morally grey sides of things not because she seeks vengeance or wants to inflict pain on people specifically, but because from her neutral perspective anything that serves as an equation for her to solve or an experiment for her to run through is appealing and interesting. Her development of feelings for me would start out of interest for her, not romantic of course but merely intriguing, like I'm a variable who she can't figure out. Naturally she'd draw herself closer to me just out of curiosity in finding out if she can figure me out and how I tick. Slowly but surely she'd be more affectionate and open with me while still retaining the cold, aloof, and emotionally distant personality she always has. Of course, eventually, after much soul searching and pondering she figures out that her fondness for me isn't out of a mechanical desire to figure me out, it becomes about me as a person, not as a variable.
