>>54227827If you think about it, Iris becoming the champion (in the anime continuity) is funny since her main goal is to become a dragon master; somehow during the period between BW and Journeys she just becomes champion, and yet it's a side gig compared to her main goal. Only Iris can make 'being a champion' feel like a side quest.
