This is another base variant which goes by 3 different names
1999-2000, UK, 4th print
The cards can be distinguished from normal unlimited cards with the 1999-2000 copyright date. It's called 4th because 1st/shadow/unlimited is already 3 variants. It's called UK because 1999-2000 base was sold primarily in European countries that had english cards but were first noticed in the UK. 1999-2000 base is newer than base 2. All base cards can be found with the 1999-2000 copyright date even Charizard.

On a side note Fossil has 1999-2000 cards. Some were released in the thunderstorm gift box while the rest (besides holos) were released in Australia. So no holos except Zapdos can be found with 1999-2000 copyright date. The 1999-2000 Zapdos itself is special in that is uses the newer cosmo foil pattern unlike the galaxy pattern of the normal fossil cards.
