>>42713119Anon, I recommend you check out the chronic fatigue syndrome subreddit (/r/cfs) and read some of the absolutely heart-breaking stories on there. People with that disease can end up unable to take a shower without passing-out, it's life ending. I stay subscribed so that every day I'm reminded of how lucky I am to have recovered. One day, before the diagnosis (I had no clue what was wrong with me) I decided I should take a break from work and try to have some "fun" to maybe refresh my lagging brain. I've been playing super mario world since I was 4 years old and no matter how I tried, I could not cross the gap in pic related. I tried 5-6 times before giving up and pretty much breaking down. I even started thinking about arrangements to make in case I was soon gonna die (had never even heard of CFS til I found a specialist).
>>42713158Anon I'm so, so sorry to hear you're struggling with that. It's a nerve-pain medication and my specialist says that oddly it works for 10% of people with CFS. Can we connect?
