Evil team actualy do evil things, like use pokemon to burning cities, smuggling, kill someone/pokemon important(this one would be revived in endgame, afterall its a weaboo gaem).
The main plot would be "the kid that want revenge against the one that killed you dad".
So... not a big differential.
Also, would be implemented something like:
>pokemon would run away from bad treating
>trainner would faint
>less infant breeding sistem(no need to put sex and shit, just some upgrades)
>date ending(probably only with rivals)
>conversation with "damm" "sucks" and "ass"
No need to be a blood feast, or orgy everywhere. just less balloons and rainbows.
