Brionne was a pokemon evolved from popplio, I guess some people get brionne with 2 genders (Female and male), Primarina was infact a fabulous pokemon, her design was great desu, This year (2017), Ballio/Pinnister was designed as a clown/seal pokemon. Although it's fan-made but, some people have a fear of clowns tho, known as Coulrophobia.
Ballio was a little bit creepy although with it's "seal clown" design, a mega Ballio is also more "clowny" because it becomes much more creepy because of his smile and his face. (lol)
I will prompty think Primarina is better than Ballio. (To be honest)
Fan evos for S/M starters were more forgettable because how uneasy to design rowlet's final evolution as a "Hooded owl".
