By using a Fire, Ice or Water type move the weather is changed to the respective fitting weather (before the move is used, so it acts as Protean-lite). Also, Forecast boosts speed and special attack by one stage in weather. Castform is such a shitmon I'm honestly not sure he would actually be good with those changes.
