I'm tired. I'm exhausted. I can't deal with this anymore. I can't bear to keep seeing the franchise I grew up with degrade more and more the more time passes. I feel like a battered wife at times, always returning for more abuse while naively thinking things will get better somehow but knows deeply inside they never will. There's no reason to remain here when there's a wide world out there that can offer me everything and more Pokemon does not anymore.
Sometimes I feel like I'm the one crazy for not being a GF drone when seeing so many them and actually daring to have standards. It's one of the most frustrating feelings of this whole situation, seeing all those people who should know better, that you know know better, and yet settle for something to sub-standard and even defend it. And the worst part is that is something that applies to many other things right now beyond Pokemon but that's a topic for another time and another place.
Gen 8 is the one and last chance I'll give Pokemon, one more, not two, not three. Last one.
