GameFreak opens up literally every mechanic and combines them into one game. The meta therefore has all modes; you can have single, double, triple, rotation, Battle Royal. You're allowed to have one Pokemon of each gimmick Ieg. 1 Dynamax, 1 Mega Evolution and 1 Z Move but no Pokemon is allowed to have both (e.g. no Z Move Mega or Mega Dynamax). Basically everything in every gen.
How complicated does this make the meta? What changes? Does it become so complex it isn't fun?
