Even if you fucking cheat and use a program to get the best odds possible, it still takes fucking hours to clear the shop(god forbid you want more than one of everything) because of how often you'll just hit a voltorb on turn 1 and get fucked back to level 1
if it was entirely skill or entirely luck it'd be one thing, but it's still 90% luck but it requires you to think(or plug shit into a calculator) to make any progress at all, it's the worst of both worlds
