I don't know what that means. Bench press, yes I do understand. Vertical press, is that bench pressing the pole in the wrong way? That isn't even possible to do at my gym due to bench setups. Pull up? That isn't part of my routine. Sad to say I only do one thing out of the the things available, but my heaviest was 165lbs and now I'm 145lbs, but I expected every single thing to be subpar.
No seriously if I have to call off a day from my physical labor warehouse job because of gym injuries then I can't be doing that exercise. Hell, I stopped doing back exercises altogether in 2019 and I stopped doing leg exercises three months ago (I need the back and knees for my job) but somehow ab exercises don't hurt my back.
