Nuzlocke rules, not the rom randomiser stuff you see videos of, has been a concept for over a decade and I find it hard to believe no one at TPC knows of it's existence, even the translation between Japan and Western Pokemon must have some correlation of understanding of the concept of playing Pokemon under self-imposed nuz rules.
