He was one of my first Charmanders though, and Charmander/izard is my all time favorite Pokémon. When I came back to PoGo a couple months back, I prioritized giving him his due.
Looking at the Buddy slot romantically, only as a place to carry a buddy Pokémon and completely ignoring the metagame uses of it, it is rightfully his. I did just get to step 6/8 of A Mythical Discovery, and I'm only sitting on 44 Magikarp candies.
What should I do guys?
