The ones in the middle are just the old ones updated with the proper colors from the palette, and the ones on the right are edits to Pebblosa's tail and of the colors of its evolutions. There aren't colors on the palette that are super close to their colors, so that's probably the closest they can look (unless someone else can figure it out).
