So, uhh.... Remember when I said the run was going well? That didn't last long.
I realized Brawly was going to be a problem given my list of encounters, but I still hoped that I could take care of him with just Marshtomp. But when a crit from a Bulked Up Makuhita one-shot Havana, I knew we were in fucking trouble. After OHKOing almost everything else in my party, Brawly fucked up on my last Pokemon and tried to Vital Throw, letting Kingston the Aron barely finish it off. I was prepared to wipe here partially due to my incompetence (I forgot how Vital Throw works, so I spent a turn or two trying to use Mud Slap), partially due to poor luck, but we barely scrapped by. And honestly, Aron/Slakoth/Tentacool isn't the *worst* core to rebuild around. So on we go, as we honor the fallen.
