Anons, I need some pricing help to determine what to purchase from my LCS. I have some store credit and I want to put that towards a more expensive single instead of a sealed booster box. Most of these cards are older, so using TCGp isn't the easiest since NM copies aren't readily sold or found. And many of the prices that I can compare to are all over the map, with some being well above the going rate for a NM, and some going below the market for NM.

Like I mentioned, some seem like a nice deal, while others seem absurd? The gengar seems way above, and the Mewtwo and the Zapdos seem to be below market rate for a NM card. But maybe there just aren't enough sales to make a proper call and I'm wrong on my pricing?
