Same with Stoked Sparksurfer. Alolan Raichu has appeared as far back as the 13th episode, and has shown up multiple times since, and today’s episode was the perfect chance to show it, but they didn’t. Now, with Hau’s next battle being Decidueye-focused, Sinister Arrow Raid has more of a chance of debuting than Raichu’s Z-Move.
Let’s not even talk about Mew, Marshadow, and Necrozma’s Z-Moves. Those are definitely not showing up. Only reason Guardian of Alola has a chance is that Tapu Koko might use it itself if it ever battles Ash.
The Psychic, Fairy, Ghost, and Poison Z-Moves MIGHT show up, but that’s a strong maybe. Plumeria doesn’t have a Z-Ring as of yet, neither does Mina, Acerola, or Faba. At this point, either someone on the main cast might use them or they just won’t show up at all.
