The jagged edges on the wings are normal if we look at other things from the game. Here's a screenshot of the male protagonist from the reveal and as you can see here along his hair and his ear similar jagged edges are there. It wouldn't be too far-fetched. Not saying it's real but that argument to try and debunk it has little to no legitimacy when taking into account the rest of the game. After all, this is Game Freak we're dealing with here. Low effort is the name of the game.
