>what does norng dogives (i presume all sides) an accuracy buff, turns off all secondary effects of moves, unboosted crits can't happen, sleep always lasts 2 turns
i assume there's limits to some of this, like i assume charge beam and such are effectively 100%, and that zap cannon doesn't have boosted accuracy, but i'm not sure
